Whether you have one piece or 1,000 pieces, we make it happen. We have CNC capabilities and also do manual work; and can do up to 25-1/2 swing.

Our Honing Department is quite versatile in its capabilities. The fully automatic Sunnen CV-616 allows us to do production precisely as well as a single piece.
We also do 45 - 60 degree cross-hatch for cylinders that require piston ring seating. This would include atv, watercraft, motorcycles, etc.
Other equipment includes a Sunnen model MBB-1400 manual hone. It is capable of 3/8" ID to 2-1/2" ID.
